Kari Keidser – Special Consultant
Kari Keidser litigates business disputes in state court, federal court and bankruptcy court. She has prosecuted and defended breach of contract, unfair competition, fraud and employment claims, construction contract and construct defect matters, shareholder derivate suits, real property disputes, personal injury claims and other tort issues. Ms. Keidser also represents clients in estate planning, probate and trust administration, bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, business litigation, and business formation and counsel.
Ms. Keidser is a 1991 graduate of the University of Southern California where she received her Bachelors of Political Science and Business Administration, before obtaining Juries Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1997. Ms. Keidser is admitted to practice in the Central and Southern districts of California and all State courts. Ms. Keidser serves on various boards relating to sailing and use and development of ocean access and she is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
