• Summary

    Robert (“Bob”) Jenkins represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including civil litigation, real estate, business law, employment, intellectual property, transportation, personal injury, collections and bankruptcy creditor actions, and concentrates on helping clients avoid litigation where possible and manage risks. He drafts contracts relating to construction and the purchase/sale of commercial and residential properties, as well as various corporate documents. Mr. Jenkins litigates in federal and state courts and handles arbitrations and mediations.

    Previously, Mr. Jenkins served as the head of litigation for a privately-held real estate management company with a portfolio of more than six million square feet. He is admitted to practice in state courts in California and New York and the federal courts in California.

    He lives in Long Beach with his wife, Haleh, and their three boys.

    Mr. Jenkins is a graduate of Duke University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993. He received his Juris Doctorate at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, in 1996.

    Mr. Jenkins was recognized as a Southern California Rising Star every year from 2005 to 2009, a peer-given honor reserved for 2.5% of area attorneys.
