Paul Diouf helps businesses in Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate Transactions and Litigation. Paul advises clients in a variety of industries, including public and private companies, startups, healthcare professionals, and real estate professionals.

Before joining Epps & Coulson LLP, Paul practiced law with leading firms (Dentons Europe AARPI, Gowling WLG, Clifford Chance LLP) in Paris, advising clients on corporate real estate and investment transactions, including mergers and acquisitions throughout France and Europe.

Mr. Diouf earned a Master’s Degree in International Business and Economic Law from the University of Southern California (USC), further strengthening his expertise in international legal matters.

Mr. Diouf is licensed to practice law in Paris (admitted in 2020) and California (admitted in 2024).

Paul Diouf graduated with a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the University of Dakar Bourguiba in Senegal. He then pursued a Master’s Degree in Business Law at the University of Perpignan in France, where he also earned a Ph.D. in Business Law, achieving the distinction of Doctor of Law. Following a few years of legal practice in Paris, he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC), where he earned a LLM in International Business and Economic Law.

Paul Diouf is a member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce (Southern California), the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is also an active participant in the Association for the Promotion of the Practice of Law Abroad, (APPEAL-E) affiliated with the Paris Bar Association.  As a USC Gould School of Law Alumni Ambassador, he supports current prospective law students in their academic and professional journey.
