Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As the situation and circumstances of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to change, we hope that you and yours are staying safe, healthy and protected.

At Epps & Coulson, we have been closely monitoring the recommendations of the World Health Organization and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as our local and federal governments, and we have taken the necessary steps in our workplace to both ensure the safety of our employees and help in the broader effort to mitigate further virus spread. As such, our attorneys and personnel are working from home starting tomorrow and are fully equipped to support all our clients’ needs. Our South Bay office is also safely staffed. There will be no disruption of our business or services provided to our clients.
This is a difficult time with lots of questions and challenges to clients and businesses in many industries. Our attorneys are cognizant of the legal components and ramifications across all ranges of matters and practice areas stemming from the coronavirus and can provide counsel accordingly, whether concerning employer responsibilities to employees during this time, the liabilities of educational institutions in their COVID-19 responses, privacy issues regarding those infected, commercial contract arrangements, or a host of other issues.

The impacts of this pandemic are broad and there is much uncertainty, but know that Epps & Coulson is here and available to help.
